I am a Speed, Agility, and Fitness Trainer based in San Diego/North County CA.  I've been involved in Speed Training for over 10 years. Not only do I teach SPEED, I also teach the "MENTAL"approach to building speed. I specialize in improving  TECHNIQUE, which in turn, enables an athlete to run faster without a lot of wasted motion.

I am a graduate of Lincoln High School and was a part of the 4x100 relay that ran a 41.2sec at the San Diego CIF Finals. That time was good enough to be placed in the San Diego Hall of Champions. My Senior year at Lincoln, I posted a 10.7sec 100 meter dash. In addition to track, I also excelled in football. I received a scholarship to SDSU out of high school as a Defensive Back. I continued my play at Grossmont College and Glenville State(under present Univ of Arizona Head Coach Rich Rodriguez) and then went on to play with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers (CFL) and the San Diego Riptide (AFL) under head coach Cree Morris (5 Tool QB). From there I began training at 24-Hour Fitness as a personal trainer and then expanded my horizons and into speed and agility training. I love and enjoy what I do. I am a very intense, yet informative and scientific trainer. If your goal is to become a better athlete, I'm the trainer that can assist you in becoming a SUPERIOR ATHLETE!

Personal Best:
