Athletic Training and Rehab services with Eddie Lara, ATC (1 hour per week) includes:

-Initial evaluation and goal setting

-Combine testing

-Flexibility and posture testing

-Functional movement screening

-Strength, speed, and agility testing 

-Computerized power and athletic balance testing 

-Nutrition follow-up monitoring 

-Hands-on rehab and stretching

-Monthly progress assessment and scorecard.


FastCamp services with Coach Kevin Brown include: 

-Speed, Technique, and Agility Training

-Power Training 

-Strength Training


* utilizing high-tech equipment (High-speed treadmill, Proteus Power Testing, Rocket Runner, laser timing)
